System Dynamics Model. Designed and developed an agent-based model of a resource allocation business process to assist the customer with identifying where and why bottlenecks were occurring and to recommend solutions.
Automatic Alerts
Business Process Automation. Devised a heuristic approach to automatically link and visualize line item purchase orders between isolated databases and to issue alerts on impending delinquent items. Saved the customer an estimated two or more days a week in processing time, and reduced delinquent purchase reconciliations.
Workforce Dashboard
Dashboards. Developed a data model to link multiple enterprise data systems to one dashboard overview to facilitate the management of workforce certifications by the customer's HR department and career managers.
Projected Revenue Model
Revenue Models. Used revenue models to estimate projected cash-flow streams, with flexible inputs adaptable to changing market conditions, for various world countries and actors.
Metrics & Indicators Design
Warning Indicators & Signposts. Conducted a review of the customer's economic warning methodologies, resulting in a significant overhaul which included recommendations to incorporate adaptive indicators and thresholds using Logit regressions and agent-based modeling.

Web-Scraped Course List
Web Scraping. Used BeautifulSoup to scrape professional training websites to help a customer understand what kinds of skills and certifications they could offer their employees for continuing education credits.
Extracted Entity Names
Natural Language Processing (NLP). Used NLP techniques to extract entity names, such as countries, organizations, and people, from a large repository of unstructured text documents. The customer used the resulting graphics to understand the key actors, subjects and volume of activity in their portfolio.
Data Transformed for Usability
Data Cleaning and ETL. Created a comprehensive structured database from a wide variety of unstructured information which allowed us to assess an emerging economic security vulnerability for the customer.
Statistical Analysis of Workforce Inclusion Policies
Data Visualization. Assisted a customer with analyzing workforce data to show that minority employees experienced extra hurdles to advancement and different career trajectories, and conveyed the results through an interactive PowerBI Dashboard.

Excel Tutorials
Tutorials. Provided the customer's workforce with one-on-one tutorials and group sessions on Introductory and Advanced Excel techniques, such as automating tasks, creating data visualizations, applying statistical and forecasting tools, and using functions and pivot tables. This tailored style made the material immediately relevant and useful to customer accounts, which we worked on together as part of the training.
Methodology Courses
Courses. Provided six courses on data analysis best practices for using quantitative data and tools, economic measures, and data availability to assist the customer's workforce with digital acumen and working technical accounts.

Educational Treasure Hunts
Gameschooling. Primarily STEM-themed, educational treasure hunts designed to get students moving and off of devices. These treasure hunts can be instantly downloaded and set up in the student's home or classroom. Each clue asks them to apply their knowledge to find the location of the next clue. Treasure hunts can be customized to the student's learning goals, interests and learning environment.
Adapted Piano Keyboard
Virtual Music Learning. This piano keyboard facilitates distance learning for students studying music using adapted notation and instruments. It has color-coded keys to assist students learning from home without access to a piano.

Gravity Forms as an App
GravityForms as the Application User-Interface. An application that generates educational treasure hunts using input from users collected via a Gravity Form styled as an app and processed with custom PHP functions. This tools enables educators to select an adventure theme, educational clues, and clue hiding locations specific to their learning environment via a Gravity Form.
ARMember Membership Site
ARMember Membership and Affiliate Plugins. Created a membership site with an affiliate portal using ARMember, a cost-effective membership plugin with a clean aesthetic.
Custom WordPress Databasing with Pods
Pods custom post types. Created custom databases in WordPress to organize unstructured information, such as testimonials, images called by PHP functions in front-end applications, and web resources. Pods enables us to display this information quickly and efficiently in multiple places and visualizations on a website without re-creating the underlying data each time.
Form-generated PDFs with GravityPDF
GravityPDF with mPDF templates. Coded custom PDF templates using mPDF, which receive variable inputs from GravityForm submissions, generating PDF files instantly.

Structured Analytic Techniques
Apply Structured Techniques to Analytic Problems. Led groups of subject matter experts to apply structured analytic techniques to their accounts, identifying future scenarios, signposts, alternative competing hypotheses, and assumptions.
Applied Creativity and Collaboration
Facilitated Brainstorms. Facilitated a large, diverse group of stakeholders on a controversial topic to chart a path forward that would meet everyone's needs. Facilitated sessions use a variety of techniques to generate ideas from the group, such as 'Blue Sky' exercises.
